To maintain a like-new appearance, dust lightly and regularly with a feather duster. Spot clean with a soft cloth or sponge, a mild detergent and warm water. Blot gently and allow to dry completely. For deeper cleaning, lightly vacuum with the upholstery attachment of any vacuum cleaner. Wash the shades in their own load with just enough warm water to cover them. Use a liquid laundry detergent to prevent deposits of undissolved powder detergent on the shades. Rinse them in cool water.

Blinds, Roman Tracks and other components, when properly installed and under normal conditions of use, are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from date of sale.

Please check the product at the time of delivery. If it is damaged or defective, you can return it on the spot. If the defect appears in the product post delivery, please reach out to us within 10 days from the date of delivery. We will assess the damage and get back to you with a solution at the earliest.
