A few answers that might help!

How can I pay 75% advance without knowing what i'll get?

As a company policy, we do not hold anything in stock. Each piece is handcrafted. We believe in a ‘fair trade’ policy. Our artisans get paid every week as part of the livelihood skills training programmes we conduct for them. Since many pieces of furniture are made to your specific order, we require an advance amount to commence production.

Is there somebody I can talk to before placing my order?

Most certainly. You can call our toll-free number between 10 am and 6:30 pm or write to [email protected]. Our team will get back to you immediately.

How do I pay?

Payments are accepted online through CCAvenue and account transfer. Our account details are mentioned in the Terms & Conditions emailed to you.

Is the price mentioned all-inclusive?

The price is inclusive of taxes, but an additional 5% is applicable towards freight and handling charges.

Can I see the product before it is ready?

Definitely! We are committed to meeting our customers’ requirements, and we show them a sample of their order upon payment of 75% of the bill amount. We proceed with the order only after the customer sends us a confirmation via email.

How can I see, touch, and experience the finish?

We bring the material to your doorstep, that’s how! We do not have a physical store, but we shall gladly accommodate our customers’ requests if they want to see and touch the stuff and examine the quality of the raw materials. This service is available for Bangalore-based customers only. If you’re located elsewhere, we’ll email you detailed images that will give you a sense of the quality.

Once the payment is made, when can I expect delivery?

Generally, our pan-India dispatches happen within 12 working days of receiving the advance amount. Delivery time is considered by road only. Lead time is 7-8 working days. For urgent deliveries, please write to [email protected].

Can I see my order before it is dispatched?

Sure! Once we complete the production of your bulk order, we’ll share relevant images via email for you to take a look.

What if there’s a product defect?

Our customer service is top-notch. If you find a defective or damaged piece at the time of the delivery of your order, please get in touch with us. We shall attend to your concerns within 3-7 working days and offer the most suitable solution.
