To encourage and expand the reach of their craftsmanship, PinkApple works with these communities and helps keep up the tradition. Powder finishes in dull gold, copper and silver are used to make the craft more vibrant and rich for Indian heritage spaces. PinkApple works with the bidriware artisan community that is based out of Bangalore for the metal designs.

24 months warranty against any manufacturing defect and termite attacks. Please note that the warranty does not cover the damages due to usage of the product beyond its intended use. This limited warranty does not apply to: - Normal wear and tear - Cuts/scratches or damage caused by impact or accidents - Incorrect storage assembly or installation of the product - Inappropriate use or cleaning of the product with wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products

Please check the product at the time of delivery. If it is damaged or defective, you can return it on the spot. If the defect appears in the product post delivery, please reach out to us within 10 days from the date of delivery. We will assess the damage and get back to you with a solution at the earliest.
