Some underprivileged woodworking communities in Karnataka and Rajasthan are formed by Hindu and Muslim male artisans who are physically challenged, poor, illiterate or are from lower castes of the society. They lack knowledge about trading and marketing, among others. PinkApple works with these artisan communities, helps them develop their business and uplifts their spirits.

Initial care for the finish requires periodic cleaning with a soft damp cloth. A mild, non-abrasive soap may be used with a soft cloth and water to remove dirt. Particular attention should be paid to avoid abrasive materials and strong cleaning agents as they can destroy protective coating and lead to rapid oxidation and discolouration.

Lighting fixtures, components and electronic products, when properly installed and under normal conditions of use, are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of sale.

Please check the product at the time of delivery. If it is damaged or defective, you can return it on the spot. If the defect appears in the product post delivery, please reach out to us within 10 days from the date of delivery. We will assess the damage and get back to you with a solution at the earliest.
